Position: Full-Time Construction Labourer at R.D.I.

R.D.I Construction is actively seeking skilled construction workers proficient in concrete, interlock pavers, and stone work. Responsibilities include loading materials, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining site safety through proper PPE. The role emphasizes adaptability and teamwork in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tools and materials efficiently

• Lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs

• Operate general construction equipment safely

• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials

• Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, and barricades

Requirements:

• WHIMS certification and safety awareness certificate

• Valid driver's license is mandatory

• Previous experience is an asset

• Legally allowed to work in Canada

• Strong communication and team skills
