We need an experienced Construction Surveyor to support our client's ambitious Ontario projects. Engage in essential tasks like establishing control points, performing as-built surveys, and ensuring precise data collection using cutting-edge technology. This role emphasizes teamwork with various project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish control points for excavation and construction activities
• Carry out site layout and staking for key project structures
• Interpret engineered drawings and 3D models for accurate execution
• Utilize Total Stations and GPS for data collection
• Conduct as-built surveys to ensure compliance with specifications
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Ontario construction surveying
• Strong understanding of site plans and construction drawings
• Proficient with survey equipment and 3D scanning
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site
