Position: Experienced Construction Estimator – On-Site Only
Advance your career as an Experienced Construction Estimator with our team in Etobicoke, ON, offering a salary of $38.50 per hour. This permanent, full-time role is dedicated to accurate construction cost estimations.

Ideal candidates possess 2 to 3 years of experience and are ready to work on-site. Duties include preparing labor and material cost estimates, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring economic feasibility for projects. You will be instrumental in setting up cost monitoring systems and collaborating with engineers and contractors to manage project expenses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate labor and material costs accurately

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Provide preliminary estimates for project feasibility

• Generate and submit quotes, bids, and reports

• Monitor contract expenditures and adjust as necessary

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in similar roles

• Must be a Canadian citizen or resident

• Flexible with work hours, including weekends

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
