Position: Experienced Construction Estimator Role
DCM Metal Corp. is hiring an experienced Construction Estimator in Etobicoke, ON. In this full-time onsite position, you will drive accurate project bids through cost analysis and team collaboration.

This role demands detail-oriented skills to prepare accurate cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings. You will engage with suppliers and contractors, analyze pricing, and ensure all estimates are precise. Strong experience in using estimation software and a solid understanding of construction principles are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project cost estimates

• Interpret blueprints to determine labor and material needs

• Conduct pricing analysis for bids

• Utilize estimating software and spreadsheets effectively

• Engage with engineers and subcontractors for bid analysis

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in construction estimating

• Bachelor's degree necessary

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation technologies

• Strong analytical abilities for cost assessment

• Fluent English communication skills
