In the role of Remote Site Superintendent, you will collaborate closely with the Site or General Superintendent to ensure the precise execution of large projects, including highways and hydroelectric installations. With a focus on fostering effective relationships and coordinating project activities, your leadership will contribute to timely and successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture on-site staff relationships
• Review contract documents to guide project procedures
• Plan and oversee quality control and safety measures
• Direct subcontractors and manage inspection activities
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Proven background in heavy civil and concrete projects
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficient communication skills in English
