Position: Estimator I for Project Controls Management
Join PM2CM, Inc. in Los Angeles County, CA, as a Project Controls Estimator I. This hybrid role focuses on precision in project cost estimation and management throughout project life cycles.

In this position, you will utilize your civil engineering education and construction experience to consolidate cost data for projects ranging from $25M to $1B. You will ensure compliance with governance processes while assisting project managers in obtaining necessary approvals. Your analytical skills will be key in variance analysis and preparing accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams for cost aggregation

• Manage documentation for stage gates and regulatory filings

• Conduct peer reviews of cost aggregations

• Estimate and prepare costs for various electrical projects

• Utilize cost estimating tools for detailed preparations

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in the construction industry

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required

• Familiar with AutoCAD and estimating software

• Detailed understanding of safety regulations and construction practices

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
