Position: Surveying Student for PCL

PCL is seeking Surveying Students available for 4 or 8 months in our Toronto district, specifically within the Canadian Buildings Division. In this position, you will engage in practical surveying duties, assist with quality control, and work with project layouts. Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to daily layout and grading tasks

• Monitors quality control compliance with contract documents

• Assists in managing surveying for project layout

• Marks survey points and records field data correctly

• Participates in creating survey models and notes

Requirements:

• Strong desire to work in construction

• Understanding of basic surveying principles

• Familiarity with structural and architectural plans

• Experience with total stations and survey equipment

• Enrollment in a relevant academic program
