Position: Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Role

The ideal candidate will engage in preparing comprehensive multi-stage estimates while also maintaining cost benchmarks that support corporate goals. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate project evaluations and enhance overall cost management through historical data analysis and improved tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects

• Conduct comparative analysis for design options

• Review and validate change orders during project execution

• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost databases

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields

• Strong data analytics and presentation skills

• Membership progress in CIQS or RICS preferred
