Senior Cost Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and estimates

• Review and assess cost for project changes and claims

• Coordinate data from other estimating disciplines

• Conduct cost risk assessments for projects

• Develop cost loading for project schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Civil estimating roles

• Technical degree or equivalent education

• Knowledge of cost estimating methodologies and software

• PQS or equivalent designation preferred

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
