Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present construction cost plans and estimates

• Lead cost planning and optioneering with detailed analysis

• Conduct workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Deliver post-contract cost management and reports

• Support contract negotiations proactively

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial management

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field

• Expertise in cost estimating software preferred

• Experience in negotiating with contractors is a bonus

• Professional organization membership is a plus
