Position: Infrastructure Senior Estimator Role
Become a leading Senior Estimator in infrastructure with Turner & Townsend. This role emphasizes strategic cost advising and team collaboration to optimize project outcomes while working in a hybrid setting.

At Turner & Townsend, we are looking for a Senior Estimator with a background in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 8 years of estimating expertise. You will manage cost estimates for complex engineering projects and guide clients through every phase.

Your role is pivotal in advancing projects related to transit, highways, and more, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present independent estimates and offer cost advice

• Review General Contractor submissions for accuracy

• Lead value engineering workshops to identify savings

• Conduct risk assessment workshops to evaluate cost impacts

• Work with project teams to align on objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

• 8+ years in cost estimating across infrastructure

• Familiarity with estimating software applications

• Recommended membership in CIQS, RICS, or AACE

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
