Deputy Principal Manager for Construction

Oversee construction projects at Old Sunset Boulevard, DHA Phase-2 Extension Karachi with a focus on quality and budget management. This role demands strong leadership and estimating skills to ensure projects are completed as per contract requirements.

In this Deputy Principal Construction Manager position, you will supervise a team including Engineering Assistants and interns while managing all aspects of project estimation, budgeting, and supplier engagement. Your analytical skills will enable efficient tender management and project cost analysis, essential for navigating project complexities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site investigations and assessments

• Conduct quantity/material takeoffs effectively

• Validate estimates for accuracy prior to tendering

• Create and prepare budget schedules for evaluations

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes

Requirements:

• MSc Degree in Management is essential

• 5-10 years related estimating experience

• Proficient in structural concrete and steel system costing

• Familiarity with onscreen take-off tools

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
