Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily estimating operations and bidding activities

• Mentor junior and intermediate estimators in their growth

• Develop competitive tenders and proposals for projects

• Analyze market conditions to support strategic bidding

• Maintain accurate labor, materials, and equipment cost databases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction estimating

• Degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Project

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Gold Seal Certified Estimator designation is an asset
