Position: Project Coordinator for Bowmanville Extensions
Take the lead as a Project Coordinator in the Bowmanville Extensions Office while working collaboratively in a dynamic office ure project success through coordination in design, construction, and compliance with standards.

Located at 111 Richmond Street, with a future move to Whitby, this in-office role emphasizes effective coordination across all project stages. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, overseeing external consultants and managing interactions with regulatory agencies. Your ability to mitigate risks and maintain schedules will be pivotal for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee consultants to ensure adherence to engineering standards

• Coordinate compliance with regulatory agencies and prepare meeting documents

• Collaborate with the Construction Manager on project schedules

• Conduct site reviews and assist with invoice approvals

• Ensure final project handover to the user group

Requirements:

• College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology

• At least five years of transit facilities construction experience

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles

• Proficient in project management software

• Valid Ontario “G” Driver’s Licence for site visits
