Take on a key role as a Senior Civil Estimator at a leading heavy construction firm. This position emphasizes technical proficiency and the management of the full estimating lifecycle.
Our client is in search of an estimator with 5-10 years of experience in heavy civil works, specifically in bulk excavation. You will leverage tools like AGTEK and Bluebeam Revu to deliver accurate cost estimates and effectively analyze project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute accurate takeoffs for earthworks and shoring
• Prepare detailed cost analyses, including labor and disposal costs
• Review project specifications to pinpoint risks
• Engage with external vendors for competitive pricing
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience
• Strong skills in AGTEK, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel
• Familiarity with municipal standards and logistics
• Proven success with public sector project pricing
Utilize your expertise in estimating to support impactful land development and infrastructure projects.
