Join our team as a Project Coordinator in Toronto, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure project delivery. Drive coordination and resolution across multiple stakeholders to maintain project health.
In this senior-level position, you will support the Project Manager by preparing project budgets, participating in progress meetings, and helping to resolve disputes. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track requests for information
• Prepare updates on budget and project schedule
• Facilitate weekly meetings for subcontractor progress
• Monitor scheduled vs. actual productivity rates
• Manage subcontracts and notification periods
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or construction management
• 5-7 years in project coordination and construction
• Eligible for E.I.T., CET, or P. Eng. designations
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle pressure in dynamic environments
