In this role, you'll be an experienced Cost Consultant managing cost planning for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You will prepare construction cost estimates and reports while liaising with clients and other consultants. Your key skills in value engineering and life cycle costing will help transform challenges into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate cost estimates and planning throughout design stages
• Prepare and present comprehensive Construction Cost Estimate reports
• Manage cost analysis and valuation work effectively
• Support value engineering and negotiate final accounts
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience with mechanical and electrical cost estimates
• Knowledge of MEP systems is an asset
• Membership in a relevant professional organization
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
