Position: Senior Estimator Role
Drive estimating excellence in Toronto as our Chief Estimator. Lead the team to produce comprehensive and competitive cost estimates for complex projects.

We are looking for a Chief Estimator with over 10 years of experience in heavy civil project estimating in Toronto. This senior role requires overseeing the estimating process while liaising with Operations, Design, and Procurement teams. You will ensure accurate cost preparations and optimize bid strategies for successful submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop bid strategies to minimize project risks

• Review design alternatives focusing on cost efficiency

• Coordinate team efforts for precision in estimating

• Maintain historical data for improved accuracy

• Engage with subcontractors for bid evaluations

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction estimating

• Relevant education in engineering or management

• Expertise in construction materials and methodologies

• Familiarity with estimating software and tools

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
