Become a vital part of construction projects as a Construction Estimator in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on cost estimation, project coordination, and technical support for building repairs.

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator for full-time work at 500 Hood Rd, Markham. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and support tender processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating site inspections and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs from technical drawings and site conditions

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and scope-based pricing

• Analyze labor, materials, and equipment for evaluation

• Assist with tender processes and vendor quotation management

• Support site inspections and document observed deficiencies

Requirements:

• Experience in construction estimating and cost analysis

• Ability to interpret construction drawings

• Proficient in project tracking and scheduling

• Familiarity with building codes and standards

• Strong communication and coordination skills
