Cost Advisor in Program Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and prepare estimates

• Manage costs for major civil projects effectively

• Evaluate project changes and negotiations

• Compile and integrate information from estimating teams

• Develop and enhance cost estimating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in civil estimating or similar

• Technical degree or equivalent experience required

• Familiarity with CIQS and AACE standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to meet deadlines and make timely decisions
