Co-op Estimator Position at Aecon

Enhance your career with Aecon as a Co-op Estimator for a 12-month term. Support construction projects by delivering accurate cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

At Aecon, we’re dedicated to shaping the infrastructure that powers future generations. As a Co-op Estimator, you’ll report to the Lead Estimator or Estimating Manager. You will analyze documents, assist with RFPs, and participate in pricing as part of a collaborative team effort to deliver safe and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze documents and specifications for pricing

• Support RFP and tender submissions

• Prepare quantity take-offs from construction drawings

• Research pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

• Attend site visits for estimate preparation

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Civil, Construction, or Business program

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Strong software skills in MS Office and estimating tools

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
