Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the estimation process with management

• Conduct side-by-side analysis of bids and documents

• Facilitate trade partner selection and budgeting

• Support proposal submissions with comprehensive estimates

• Guide and mentor estimation teams through projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• At least 8 years of estimating experience

• Knowledge of Canadian construction standards and contracts

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and projects
