As an Estimator reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a pivotal role in pricing projects. Your key responsibilities include analyzing documents, coordinating with subcontractors for pricing, and formulating comprehensive cost models. Effective collaboration with procurement, operations, and finance is crucial in driving project success and learning from each endeavor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze documents and specifications for accurate pricing

• Perform quantity take-offs from design and construction drawings

• Collaborate with procurement for supplier pricing

• Conduct Bid Closing and Handover meetings

• Track and report on financial performance of projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in electrical/hydro

• Proficient in reading construction drawings

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel
