Construction Manager

Position: Construction Manager at Lennar
Lead home construction projects with Lennar as a Construction Manager. Drive quality, cost management, and project schedules in a dynamic environment.

At Lennar, you will oversee the construction of homes from inception to move-in. This role combines expertise in residential construction management with effective scheduling and trade supervision. Your goal will be to ensure quality control and adherence to budgets as you lead projects in assigned communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities from start to finish

• Manage schedules and supervise trade partners effectively

• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners

• Conduct safety inspections and maintain job site cleanliness

• Collaborate with internal teams for problem resolution

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in home building/construction

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, and Procore

• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage
