This position calls for a leader with over ten years in major projects, preferably in transit, and a strong background in concrete works. You’ll manage site logistics, maintain safety standards, and supervise both self-perform and subcontracted work forces to adhere to quality and budget guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain site layout while ensuring safety policies are followed

• Support Project Management with Work Plans and Method Statements

• Serve as the site authority to uphold work standards

• Supervise and coordinate assigned workforce effectively

• Develop positive relationships with unions and manage disputes

Requirements:

• 10+ years in major projects, transit preferred

• 8+ years in a supervisory role in construction

• Proven track record of excellent safety scores

• Knowledge of OH&S legislation

• Proficient in MS Office and valid driver's license
