In this full-time position, your expertise will guide project execution alongside the Superintendent. With a construction-related degree, you’ll assist in planning, monitoring safety, and maintaining effective communication with owners and architects. This role values your problem-solving skills to address challenges and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site work and compliance with specifications

• Assist in planning schedules and manpower needs

• Ensure project safety and procedural adherence

• Identify problems and facilitate their resolution

• Conduct regular cost reporting for budget compliance

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma and 3-5 years construction experience

• Familiarity with Data Centers or Mission Critical work preferred

• Understanding of project management software

• Strong team collaboration and problem identification

• Capacity for night or weekend shifts
