Join Clearway as a Technical Proposal Writer, focusing on producing accurate and compelling construction proposals. This position is based in Maple, ON, and requires strong organizational skills.
As part of the Clearway team, the Technical Proposal Writer will assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals for various construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Bid and Proposal Manager, you will ensure compliance and clarity in all submissions.
Your role will involve collaboration with project teams and maintaining essential project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive requirement tables from RFPs and RFIs
• Draft construction schedules and methodologies to meet RFx needs
• Collaborate on proposals for Design-Build and Management projects
• Organize and keep proposal documents updated
• Track submission statistics and support business development
Requirements:
• Educational background in Engineering or relevant fields
• 1-5 years’ experience in the construction sector
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to compliance
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Basic construction process knowledge is advantageous
