As a Senior Estimator at Pomerleau, your expertise will support new projects while enhancing current operations.

Your role will focus on quantitative evaluations, and preparation of summaries, ensuring project goals are met with precision. With more than a decade of ICI industry experience, you will identify project-specific prices and foster strong relationships with trade partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of materials and manpower needs

• Summarize quantities according to standardized trade sections

• Identify prices related to labor and equipment

• Strengthen relationships with consultants and clients

• Review supplier bids for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in construction project estimation

• Over 10 years of relevant estimating experience

• Expertise in excavation and formwork

• Familiarity with estimation software

• Experience mentoring junior team members
