As Director of Construction, you will play a key role in project leadership, overseeing all pre-execution and field activities. You'll develop and manage construction teams, liaise with engineering for constructability reviews, and uphold safety and quality standards. Collaborating with project managers, you will ensure all team members are well-trained and competent in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hiring plans for construction supervisory teams

• Collaborate with engineers on design feasibility

• Monitor all site activities for timely execution

• Maintain client relationships and oversee all site safety

• Identify training needs and succession plans

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of self-perform construction management

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Understanding of union agreements and employee relations

• Capacity to handle confidential matters professionally

• Willingness to travel and adapt to various locations
