Position: Estimator for Low-Rise New Construction
Join Triumph Group of Companies as a Low-Rise New Construction Estimator, based in the Greater Toronto Area. Use your expertise to analyze project documentation, prepare competitive pricing, and support project managers effectively.

In this full-time on-site role, you will leverage 3 to 5 years of residential estimating experience. Your strong skills in reading construction drawings and using software like Bluebeam will let you prepare accurate material take offs and cost forecasts. Building relationships with clients and architects is key as you manage estimates and contribute to effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and specifications for precise estimates

• Prepare price quotations and cost proposals efficiently

• Establish comprehensive material take offs for projects

• Collaborate with architects on design and materials

• Conduct site visits to verify project scope and conditions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in low-rise construction

• Proficient in take off software and MS Excel

• Strong understanding of construction methods and costs

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing accuracy
