Join Restaurant Brands International as a Manager of Construction Projects, where you’ll drive the growth of leading restaurant brands. This role requires hands-on management of construction and renovation efforts in a collaborative office setting.
In this position, you will oversee the management of construction consultants while coordinating your interactions with various project stakeholders, from franchisees to internal teams. You will utilize your skills to manage up to 100 projects each year, ensuring clarity in budgeting and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage design consultants for projects
• Tender and GC management for new constructions
• Facilitate project cost approval and monitoring
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders effectively
• Manage procurement and vendor planning in the region
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant project management experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong understanding of contracting and budgeting
• Excellent communication and consensus-building abilities
