• Manage daily on-site subcontractor coordination

• Ensure subcontractor quality meets schedule and budget

• Support logistics and daily field operations

• Guarantee compliance with design and quality standards

• Track progress and assist with cost control measures

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related

• 5-10 years experience in heavy civil projects

• Strong background in field management

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Familiarity with wet utilities preferred
