As Station Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities while managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Your role involves collaborating with various teams to implement innovative construction methods and maintain high safety standards. This position is crucial for ensuring the construction of multiple stations meets the specifications laid out by the authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of station construction projects
• Collaborate on construction management plans and schedules
• Monitor day-to-day activities for compliance with regulations
• Manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure a robust quality control program is in place
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in construction management of transit stations
• Familiarity with TTC and Metrolinx specifications
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
