Position: Project Coordinator for Construction Projects
Become a key player as a Project Coordinator focused on construction projects in Toronto, ON. Enhance coordination and communication efforts for project requirements and execution.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position is integral to managing all aspects of project documentation and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in a project support role, with expertise in Stations/MECP or Stations/Architectural Finishes. Your technical support will be essential in maintaining accuracy and timeliness of project duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize work plans and site files efficiently

• Manage documents including plans, drawings, and logs

• Collaborate with architects and subcontractors on project updates

• Prepare meeting minutes and ensure prompt distribution

• Assist in final document turnover at project completion

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project support

• Prior experience on institutional or commercial projects

• Strong MS Office skills;
SharePoint experience is a bonus

• Excellent organizational skills and client-focused attitude
