Position: Senior Estimator Role in Ontario
Kenaidan and Murphy are hiring a Senior Estimator for the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project in Toronto, Ontario. Lead the development of competitive cost estimates for vital infrastructure enhancements.

In this full-time position, you'll oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates while managing updates throughout the design and execution phases. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring risk-aware pricing strategies for a major rail project. Experience in collaborative environments is a key asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of cost estimates including indirect costs

• Oversee accuracy of quantity take-offs and assumptions

• Review contract documents to define project scope

• Manage pricing strategies for subcontractors and suppliers

• Facilitate risk discussions and estimating reviews

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• 8–12+ years of estimating experience in construction

• Preferred background in rail or significant infrastructure

• Proven capability in large, complex project estimates

• Advanced communication and analytical skills
