Project Manager at Fermar Paving

Reporting to the Director of PMO, this role requires a dedicated individual to oversee multiple projects. As a Project Manager, you will handle budgets up to $80M and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and upholding Fermar’s commitment to excellence in infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management disciplines for assigned projects

• Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Lead safety initiatives to achieve a zero-accident workplace

• Manage project schedules and financial performance

• Mentor junior project staff and ensure operational controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience

• MTO experience required

• PMP or Gold Seal certification preferred

• Proficient in project management software
