Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage HSE teams in Ontario

• Set safety performance targets and standards

• Lead incident investigations and compliance oversight

• Engage in corporate health and safety committee activities

• Review and approve HSE site-specific plans

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of progressive HSE experience in construction

• Knowledge of OHSA and environmental regulations

• Experience with auditing and site compliance

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Valid driver’s license for travel in Ontario
