Position: Senior Estimator with Urbacon Team
Urbacon is seeking a Senior Estimator to calculate major construction cost estimates and manage project contracts efficiently. This role emphasizes strategic planning and risk mitigation.

With a robust academic background and over a decade of estimating experience, you will review bid documents, analyze specifications, and coordinate with key industry professionals on ICI projects. Your strong skills in estimating software and keen attention to detail will be key to managing multiple estimates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze bid documents and assist in risk mitigation

• Review plans for comprehensive specifications

• Develop effective bid strategies and ownership of budgets

• Prepare detailed estimates and schedules

• Liaise with subtrades and industry specialists

Requirements:

• Academic qualifications in construction or engineering

• 10+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Expertise in estimating software applications

• Solid knowledge of CCDC2 and CCDC5B contracts

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
