Assistant Superintendent for Guideway Projects

As a Guideway Assistant Superintendent, you will assist in the oversight of construction activities alongside the Superintendent. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. A detail-oriented approach is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily construction activities on-site

• Help manage and track project timelines effectively

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities efficiently

• Supervise the erection of guideway structures and elements

• Perform site safety inspections and align with safety policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred

• Valid Ontario Driving License (G or G2) required

• Knowledge of construction specifications and standards

• Experience with subway or light rail construction
