As part of the Ontario Transit Group, the MEP Site Superintendent oversees all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on the Ontario Line Southern Civil project. With a focus on teamwork and technical excellence, you will coordinate subcontractor efforts, review technical drawings, and manage project documentation. Your contributions will directly enhance operational efficiency and safety standards while shaping the future of transit in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise MEP subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate MEP activities with other trades
• Monitor construction progress and report on activities
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of MEP site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
