Project Manager for High-Rise Construction

Lead innovative construction projects as a Site Project Manager with Mitrex & Cladify in Etobicoke, Ontario. Oversee high-rise installations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

This full-time role involves active leadership in high-rise construction, focusing on sustainable building solutions and advanced façade systems. You’ll manage cladding and BIPV installations, coordinate work with generals and consultants, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your expertise will drive successful project execution while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cladding and façade installation activities on-site

• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications

• Coordinate daily activities of installers and subcontractors

• Act as the primary on-site contact for contractors and inspectors

• Address site conflicts related to installations and structure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 5–10+ years in construction site management

• Strong understanding of building envelope systems

• Experience with high-rise or large ICI projects

• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools
