We seek an experienced Demolition Team Lead to oversee residential and commercial projects while managing crew performance and ensuring job profitability. Your leadership will set the standard for quality execution and accountability on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead demolition crews on various residential and commercial tasks

• Plan and execute projects floor-by-floor or section-by-section

• Manage daily productivity while monitoring visible progress

• Control costs to ensure profitability on each project

• Maintain compliance with OHSA standards and site safety

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of demolition experience

• Minimum 1 year leading a crew

• Valid G Driver’s License

• Current safety certificates (Working at Heights, Aerial Lifts)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
