Position: Senior Estimator for Prodigy Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the estimating team throughout projects

• Manage client relationships and project complexities

• Research historical tendering and labor cost trends

• Review bids and present data to senior leadership

• Maintain comprehensive tender and supplier lists
Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction estimation

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Pro Core

• Experience in retail and hospitality construction projects

• Strong understanding of construction documents

• Excellent communication and time management skills
