Senior Superintendent, ICI & Data Centre - Permanent - 3249

About the Opportunity

One of North America's largest builders has secured a healthy new pipeline of ICI and data centre work in the GTA and needs a Senior Superintendent to run it in the field. The firm sits on a deep national platform with sizable in-house specialty departments the site can pull on as subject-matter experts: dedicated Lean, scheduling, VDC, safety and procurement teams.

The Super owns the site without carrying the weight of every discipline alone, which is what keeps the best field leaders delivering instead of burning out. This role exists because the work is signed and the field bench needs to grow now.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Running the field on ICI and/or data centre projects in the GTA, start to finish
• Owning site safety, sequencing, quality and trade coordination as the senior on-site authority
• Backed by sizable specialty departments (Lean, scheduling, VDC, procurement, safety) you pull on as subject-matter experts when the site demands it
• Reporting to local construction leadership, not a remote regional office
• Mentoring assistant supers and field staff, and setting the standard on site

The successful candidate will have the following:

• You've led the field on $50M+ ICI, institutional, or data centre builds in the GTA
• You've been the whole support system on a site before and know it isn't sustainable for the best work
• You run trades and schedule hard, and hold a safety standard you don't compromise
• You know data centre or complex ICI sequencing, or you've built the technical chops to take it on
• People want to keep working for you, job after job

• Deep specialty departments to draw on as SMEs, so the weight of the site isn't yours alone
• Secured, multi-year local runway instead of one job and a question mark
• Marquee data centre and ICI work with technical depth
• A firm whose people stay for the long term (their tenure shows it)
• Competitive base plus bonus tied to project performance
• Base Salary: $170,000 to $190,000/yr
