As part of Graham's Infrastructure Division, you will oversee complex transit and infrastructure projects across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Reporting to the Senior Operations Director, your role is essential for coordinating resources, driving growth, and establishing partnerships with clients like Metrolinx. Your leadership will guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project excellence and strategic development in the transit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale transit projects on time and within budget

• Manage contracts and oversee project budgets effectively

• Build strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors

• Guide and lead execution across project teams

• Drive business development initiatives within transit sector

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 15+ years in infrastructure construction experience

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and public agency requirements

• Expertise in contract management and stakeholder engagement

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
