Lead Bid Director for Public Projects

As an experienced Bid Director / Chief Estimator, you will lead comprehensive bid development from start to finish. Your insights will shape the construction management division, focusing on projects valued between $30M and $100M. You’ll ensure compliance and competitiveness in proposals while guiding estimating efforts across varied project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end bid cycle for major construction projects

• Develop public-sector bidding strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee risk assessments and bid/no-bid analysis

• Direct estimating efforts and approve final estimates

• Manage public-sector RFP/RFQ response processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction estimating or bid leadership

• Proven success in public construction projects

• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and compliance

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills

• Proficient in estimation software and databases
