As a Construction Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and various contractors. Your focus will be on managing timelines, budgets, and delivering exceptional results across our expansive network of over 500 clinics while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage concurrent construction and renovation projects across multiple locations

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors effectively

• Standardize budget and timeline management for projects

• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance

• Lead tendering processes and contract negotiations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of multi-site commercial construction management experience

• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards

• Proficiency with project management tools like AutoCAD

• Experience in healthcare or dental environments is an asset

• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
