Project Coordinator Pearson

Join the PACT team as a Project Coordinator at Toronto Pearson Airport. This role involves coordinating complex construction activities in a live airport environment, ensuring seamless operations.

In this position, you will oversee various aspects of the Interim Infrastructure Sub-Program. The Project Coordinator will help with planning, project administration, and site coordination across airside and terminal-adjacent works. Your efforts will focus on minimizing disruption while meeting project timelines and delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in construction planning and execution

• Coordinate enabling works and phased construction activities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress trackers

• Manage site access, permits, and contractor onboarding

• Document site observations in active airside areas

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 1–3 years' experience in construction project coordination

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for RAIC

• Familiarity with major airport procedures is an asset
