Your role will span cost planning, option costings, value engineering, and more, ensuring clients receive the most effective solutions. You'll work collaboratively with high-performing teams, guiding project finance from concept to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and defend construction cost estimates for major projects

• Validate contractor cost submissions in a Progressive Design Build environment

• Challenge cost assumptions with General Contractors

• Engage in value engineering workshops for cost savings

• Produce benchmarks for major infrastructures

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 8-15 years in cost estimating for infrastructure

• Strong rail systems estimating knowledge

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• Membership in professional organizations preferred
