Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and safety orientations

• Organize and facilitate training programs, including CPR/First Aid

• Monitor compliance of employees and subcontractors

• Compile health and safety statistics regularly

• Lead accident investigations and implement rectification measures

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction safety experience

• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations

• Progressing towards National Construction Safety Officer certification

• College degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety

• Experience with COR Certification process is advantageous
